Shipping

We aim to ship all in-stock items within 24 hours of order confirmation (Monday to Friday). Shipping options, fees, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary by country.

For pre-orders, dispatch times are listed on each product page. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — changes after dispatch may incur extra charges.

We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery. If anything appears damaged or missing, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days.


Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery using the Global-e Returns Portal.

Return fees:
• Italy: Free
• EU: €25
• Outside the EU: €35

Returned items must be in original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt using your original payment method.
