ORDERING AND PAYMENTS

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON GIULIVAHERITAGE.COM?

After selecting your desired garments, choose the size or custom options available, then click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, click the shopping bag icon in the top right corner and proceed to checkout. Follow the secure checkout process to provide your delivery and payment information. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your Order Confirmation and next steps.

WHAT IS A PREORDER PRODUCT AND HOW CAN I PURCHASE IT?

Preorders allow access to garments that are not currently available in stock. These items can be purchased following the same process as regular products but may require up to 5 weeks from the date of purchase before being delivered.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Klarna, and a selection of secure local payment methods based on the market. For bespoke or special orders, alternative methods may also be arranged upon request. For any further information, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service.

DO YOU OFFER MADE-TO-MEASURE OR BESPOKE SERVICES?

Yes, Giuliva Heritage is proud to offer a selection of made-to-measure garments at our atelier in Rome, or You can book an appointment directly through our Booking Platform.

We also offer semi-bespoke services remotely, available via email through our Customer Service, to meet your specific needs. Our team will be happy to guide you through the process and assist with personalized options tailored to your preferences, creating a one-of-a-kind Giuliva piece just for you.

WHERE ARE GIULIVA HERITAGE GARMENTS CRAFTED?

Every piece is imagined and designed in our Roman Atelier, then brought to life in specialized workshops across Italy by skilled artisans.

HOW CAN I CARE FOR MY GIULIVA HERITAGE GARMENT?

Our garments are designed to last for generations. We recommend following the care instructions provided with each piece and using professional cleaning services when needed. If a repair is ever necessary, we offer this service as part of our Lifetime Promise.  

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, Giuliva Heritage is pleased to offer worldwide delivery. Please note that shipping fees and delivery times may vary by destination and orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, but you can generally expect your order to arrive within 5 to 7 working days. An exception is made for Preorder products, which may take up to 5 weeks for delivery from the date of purchase.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will keep you updated on the status of your order. The availability of precise tracking depends on the courier handling your delivery. If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number to view your package progress in real time.

I DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION AFTER PURCHASE, WHAT DO I DO?

If you haven’t received your Order Confirmation email within 1 hour of completing your purchase, please first check your spam or junk mail folder. If no mail is found, kindly reach out to our Customer Service team, we will be glad to verify your order details and get back to you.

MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED, BUT IT STILL HASN'T BEEN SHIPPED AFTER THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

We aim to dispatch all orders within the estimated time frame provided at checkout. However, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, production schedules, or customs procedures.
If your order has not been shipped within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to our Customer Service. We will review your order status and provide you with an updated delivery timeline, or any necessary assistance to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. While we will do our utmost to accommodate your request, please note that once the shipping has been sent out, changes may no longer be possible, and a Return will be necessary.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Should you wish to return an eligible item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please refer to our Returns Portal. Please note that made-to-measure and bespoke items are crafted specifically for you and therefore are not eligible for return.

Return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund as follows:
• Returns from Italy: Free of charge
• EU returns: €25 flat fee
• Non-EU returns: €35 flat fee

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?

To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team, who will be happy to assist you. Kindly note that exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and are subject to item availability.

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITH GIULIVA HERITAGE?

Creating an account allows you to view your orders, manage your personal details, and enjoy a more personalized shopping experience.
